#PollingFriday
We conducted the first version of this poll in March and it was to gauge the perception of Nigerians on COVID19.
And we sought to conduct a follow-up poll to understand what has changed between that period and now.
Then it was at 84% awareness, now it's at 99%.
#PollingFriday
We use the same amount of unique numbers of Nigerians in conducting our polls and it uniquely represents the mind of Nigerians because of our method of sampling.

#PollingFriday
The poll cuts across a 1,000 Nigerians. The way it's randomized we cover each geo-political zone of Nigeria, through different professions and between 18-65 yrs of age.

We polled a whole lot more than 1,000 but we arrive at a sample size of 1,000 that represents all Nigerians.
Unlike before Nigerians (26%) said they were immune to #COVID19 and their major reason was more of a false confidence in their Faith.

Now we are seeing more Nigerians (28%) saying they are immune to #COVID19 but their reasons are more Faith-based and practical.

#PollingFriday
We see Nigerians saying they observe a good hygiene, they eat well and they observe @NCDCgov guidelines as reasons why they could be immune to #COVID19.

Other reasons are "I am a black person" and "our hot weather"
#PollingFriday
We sought to know people's opinions on Lockdown and 18% said it was extreme, 77% feel it's appropriate and 5% saying it's not sufficient.

#PollingFriday
It's not just important to provide palliatives but to also make sure the cost of food which is the major concern of Nigerians at the moment should be made affordable enough to everyone so the palliatives would actually be sufficient.

#PollingFriday
Nigerians rate the NCDC 7/10 and 6/10 approximately in providing credible information and providing testing respectively.

They also rate the FG at 6/10 and 5/10 approximately in controlling the spread of COVID19 and providing palliative measures respectively.

#PollingFriday
In summary, the purpose of this is for more people to be aware with credible information and avoid fake news.

Also getting a low score in distributing palliative measures is enough indication that the FG needs to more in making sure Nigerians do not go hungry.
