Another significant advance on the structural biology front for #SARSCoV2 today: cryo-EM for its polymerase (RdRp) complex along w/ that of remdesivir w/ RNA bound RdRp, the mechanism for its inhibition of replication

This is the 6th structural biology (SB) #SARSCoV2 (virus & antibody)paper @ScienceMagazine in < 2 months. Elucidation of these structures are pivotal to smart design of a drug, monoclonal Ab & vaccine, no less understanding of the 1 drug w/ efficacy so far.
SB is rockin' it!
