Once you’ve twizzled for 10 seconds up your nose, take the massive cotton bud out. The bottom half snaps off so the bud bit goes into the sample pot/vial/tube!

Stick on the barcode label, into the clear bag, then barcode label the bag.
You’re pretty much done. You then take the bag to the staff at the site who’ll tell you the process for sealing the bag and handing over.
