Delhi informed yesterday that they will use a baseline from midnight to midnight & publish data on every day morning.
Then yesterday Delhi tweeted 6542 confirmed cases up to 4 pm 8th May to midnight, same number is in MoHFW website

Most of the States releases their bulletins between 5 pm to 7 pm every day.
Andhra Pradesh release their data at noon.
MoHFW from 6th onward decided to release data at morning 8 AM, which reflects the yesterday data.
While ICMR test data releases at 9 AM every morning.

Too much of a baseline!
I was arguing for a baseline data release time for all entities, they can stick with 12 midnight to 12 midnight cycles or 10 AM to 10 PM cycles or anything the mandarins at MoHFW deems fit.
But sticking to a uniform baseline is essential for comparison

A simple instruction from MoHFW will make this work. But for that they should at least show some sort of uniformity at Union Government level, yep, start with both MoHFW & ICMR releases data at same time. Then ask all entities stick to same baseline, release all testing data
