#wmata says even with the money they got from the CARES act, they will still need an additional $412 million to close the budget gap created by the coronavirus. These numbers are giant.
#wmata estimates:

* Fare revenue down $210.8 million through end of FY20
* Non-fare revenues down $27.4M through FY20

* Labor & non-labor costs up $31M to deal with the coronavirus.
All those "goodies" in the FY21 budget will be deferred for at least six months. Fares apparently remain the same for now too.
