Brother in law found #Covid_19 positive in #Gurugram after he got in contact with his colleague at #punjabnationalbank. Here's his journey of trauma of testing & isolation in Gurgaon.
Step1: called all govt. helplines, #AarogyaSetu helplines, and update record on govt. Apps

But no communication by any govt. Department for next 2 days.
Step 2- Finally after waiting for 2 days for any communication decided to go a private hospital for testing.
#coronavirus test charges Rs. 4,900/- ( wondering how will any little income group person will get tested)

Step 3- Test result came and he was declared #Covid19 Positive. Entire family is worried.
Step 4- again updated record on #AarogyaSetuApp and called all govt. Helplines for treatment, guidance... Tada ... No response

Step 4: After over 50 calls and wait for 1 day, finally one

Helpline responded.
Step 5- A govt. Ambulance came home and took him to isolation ward in #Gurugram #Sector9 and promised that a team will come to test other family members.
Step 6: no after two days and multiple calls .. No response from govt. / Authorities etc.

The guy is in isolation ward with disgusting facility, unhygienic food and conditions and no doctor. Not even a single visit by any doctor in two days.

I just request all to take care and stay safe else #government doesn't care and survival at these facilities is risky. Still regretting my decision to force him to report to govt. And sending him to this pathetic facility. Don't know how to get him back.

Other family members sample taken today by health department. However no update on shifting him to a better facility or allowing home quarantine. No visit by doctor yet.
