Coming back to CHICKS..... Chicks and the process that produce them are symbolic of the youths and the process of nurturing the energies and ideas of the youths....... Mother Chickens usually produce EGGS. But not all eggs can produce chicks... An egg must be fertile and ....
The Mother Chicken or the Hatchery must incubate fertile eggs at least for 21 days. Where our homes and societies (hatcheries) are not well designed to facilitate production of fertile eggs and their incubations. We operate Dynfuctional Hatcheries killing ideas and capabilities
The Mother Chicken and hatchers understand the particularities & conditionalities that must actively work and attend the 21 days of incubations and the propensities that must be computed into each egg. The Nigerian system lacks this dexterity and preparedness
What's has become of all the past and current policies and programmes on youths developments? My main concern here today is the rottenness of existing framework. We must rejig our developmental mentality. A paradigm shift to prepare for the future via youth developments
Nigerian is producing un-fertile eggs (alimajarai,, etc).The system and it's dyfuctionality is massively consuming them and their ideas (eggs). The Nigerian Hatcheries are faulty, hence, fertile eggs (Enterprising Youths) are also frustrated in the process of incubations
The system should be designed to facilitate identification and development of the energies, giftedness and ideas of the youth populace in all areas of endeavors. These youths can lead Nigeria to occupy it's rightful place in the comity of nations.
This over 50% of the population has the capabilities to drive the economy, sports, IT, fashion, art, culture, governance, e-commerce, research, etc.
Significantly, the leadership and the system of the nation must be rightly restructured to birth and prepare the youths
