I receive phone calls and whatsapp messages almost every day from colleagues & friends all over 🇧🇷 asking for advice/help

2/ Delicate/tender situations happen all the time, as for ex, when a physician friend from another State called me telling me he/she had covid19... he/she was deteriorating & he/she wanted me to help him/her decide on steroids yes/no #ThisIsTough 💔 ...
3/ Or when another friend called me to advise him/her on how to properly remove both elderly parents w ARF due to #covid19 through an Air ICU to another State to make sure his/her parents got the life support they needed.
4/ That same friend, whose parents got #Covid_19 and were removed to another State through an Air ICU transport, called me a few days later to tell me that he/she had symptoms now, and what he/she should do to protect his/her family 💔
5/ As a researcher recruiting #covid19 pts to our trials, I am very often among the frontline HCWs, and I hear them grieving the loss of colleagues or colleagues' parents (so common 💔!), & complaining about the lack of adherence on #SocialDistancing measures by the population
6/ And on top of that there's all the grief, frustration & anger that comes with the fact that Brazil has elected an egocentric, self-centered President AND there are still PHYSICIANS in 🇧🇷 supporting him! Unbelievable.
