@mahrukhinayet On 10th October 1992, 9 women were gang raped during a search operation by a unit of 22 Grenadiers in village Chak Saadpora in #Shopian. The victims include 11 year and a 60 year old women. Medical reports confirm rape. No soldier was prosecuted. Who will apologize to them?
@mahrukhinayet On 2nd Jan 1992, a Major and other personnel of 5 RR barged into house of a local who was related to a militant. Their father was abducted. The elder daughter was raped by Major and younger daughter by other personnel. Father is still missing. No soldier was prosecuted.
@mahrukhinayet On 10th August 1990 gang rape in Ballipora-Pazipora by army patrol of 6 Rajputs of 68 Brigade. Around 20 to 30 women were gathered in a spacious house after encounter with militants and were gang raped one by one after crying slogan : " Jai Hind". No soldier was prosecuted.

@mahrukhinayet A mother of two was raped in Baramulla on 5th december( Birthday of Sheikh Abdullah who brought indian army to Kashmir) 1999, by Major Yadav and personnel of 28 Rajputana Rifles camped at Shalkote village, Rafiabad. No soldier was prosecuted and the case was closed as untraced.

@mahrukhinayet Dr Nighat who'd carried out the confirmatory test on the bodies of Aasiya and Neelofar during post mortem had burst into tears when she came out of the room, proclaiming that the women had been gang raped. She was suspended. Her findings were dismissed/ called doctored.
