Weekly Chart: Lots of large, brief upward spikes seen - a sign of short term traders taking their profits quickly. A close above 1.81 is the minimum requirement and then a close above 3.32 will be a #bullish sign. Good #support at the all time low of 0.59.

Daily Chart: The spikes are now clearer and price hasn't closed above the #SMA 200 since Nov. 08, 2019 - short term traders continues to dictate matters.
