Indian PM Modi and Erdogan's style of politics is same. In 2014 & 19 general elections, Modi was able to successfully deliver the idea of Ram Rajya to his Hindu voters. In the same way, #Erdogan has been repeatedly invoking the concept of revival of the Ottoman Empire.
Erdogan is trying hard to become a leader of the Muslim world. He wants to fill the leadership vacuum left by Saudi Arabia. India and Pakistan have a large Muslim population, that's why he often talks on Kashmir issue to legitimize his leadership claim.
Occasionally, #Erdogan also raises the #Palestinian issue to further legitimize his leadership claim. But on the other hand, #Turkey has diplomatic relations with #Israel. Recently, an Israeli cargo plane landed in Ankara which reflects the level of cooperation between the two.
