Made a quick GIF to help point out what i see.
Lets start with the initial push it looks like a classic sports dive.
That being said the shovers seem to be young pre-doughnut cops so its possible, but looks over-exaggerated to me

The shovee seems to be holding a motorcycle/scooter helmet so it should be assumed he knows how to balance at least a little
If anyone knows what kind of helmet that is please let me know.
Bonus the loud noise you hear when he hits the ground is the helmet.

Back to the GIF.
After the shove there is a brief moment it seems the shovee looks at the ground almost like hes looking for a safe place to fall...or shall i say sit.

I say sit cause as he disappears off view you can clearly see his head is over his waist and his butt most likely hit the ground first.
Could he have had enough momentum for his head to slap the pavement?...possibly however doubtful to cause blood to pour out of his ears

When i first watched the vid i thought he hit his head on the sphere so lets look at that possibility.
Well we know it looked like he landed on his butt ...but wait his butt is clearly well past the sphere.

and looking a bit closer he does have what seems to be a man purse so that could possibly explain the crease on his back.
