HAPPENING NOW: Judge holding Capitol Hill shooting suspect Nikolas Fernández on 200K bail. He’s facing 1st degree assault charge. Next court date is June 10.
Contrary to witnesses on Sunday night, the suspect is not a “middle aged white male.”
Fernandez appears to be Hispanic.
