Righto, so I went through MinDef-report on Defence Matters, which for most part is interesting due to listing relevant weapons systems and their operational/developmental/procurement status. Same as w readiness report no readiness numbers, but clear cut language is informative.
Overall trend is positive but emphasises its not just about cash, but also adapting existing structures in industry and military force to actually being able to absorb that funding. Investment funding growth held up by approving major procurements, eg Tornado and CH-53.
NH-90: 77 of 82 units in TTH (army) config received. Rest due end of 2021. Major challenges are high maintenance requirements, obsolencies with older airframes, some operational restrictions (no details) & timely parts supply.
Sea Lion (naval NH-90): Already known was that acceptance of first unit was delayed by lacking documentation & maintenance equipment. Navy has 2 units, gets six each in 2020 & 2021, four in 2022 for total of 18. SAR service from 2023 is (so far) on schedule.
Tiger: Fleet now at 51 units, some older airframes were retired as part of "fleet management". Highest priority is single standard, upgrading a further 33 helos to ASGARD, then from 2026 first unit to Tiger Mk III, to be developed from 2021. Readiness remains "unsatisfying".
STH (CH-53-replacement): Start of negotiations w Boeing started May 4 with Boeing. LockMart no info (yet?). Best And Final Offer due 09/20. Parliamentary approval due 03/21. Deliveries from ~2025.
Eurofighter: Last Tranche 3 airframes received 12/19, for a total of 33+79+31=143. AESA upgrade due from 2022 for T2, then T3. T4 deliveries (QUADRIGA) from 2025 to replace T1. T5 as part of Tornado-replacement after that. An initial recon capability was realised 10/19.
Tornado: Will experience significant readiness issues from 2025 due to obsolencies. To be fully replaced by 2030. Readiness considered "challenging and risky", also due to partner operators having retired their fleets.
A400M: Luftwaffe has received 32 out of 53 airframes. 37 units will be equipped for tactical missions (eg ECM systems). Readiness remains issue. Full capability expected "mid-term".
P-3C: Quite terrible re delays. Two pilot projects for modifications/upgrades on same airframe cause further stretching of development phase. Re-winging is another important milestone yet to be met. Remark on needing to consider "alternate options" rings alarm bells.
Pegasus SIGINT (EuroHawk replacement): Approval for 3x platform airframes (Bombardier Global 6000) to be done mid 2020. Full system contracting by first half 2021. NATO wants GER capability by 2025.
C-130J: Franco German operational agreement to be signed 2nd quarter 2020 (so, now). First delivery now first quarter 2022. Most issues are down to Franco German agreement/implementation delays and currency fluctuations causing extra costs.
K130 corvettes, 2nd batch: Delays due to COVID, impact on schedule so far unclear. Unrelated delays will also affect delivery of first hull by three months to first quarter 2023.
U212CD: Contract to be finalised 12/20. Challenge is to meet Norwegian cost demands.

F125 frigate: Now scheduled to be deployable 2022. Frictions remain especially with logistics/supply.
PUMA IFV: KMWeg finished share of production, Rheinmetall scheduled to finish third quarter 2020. Delivery "stable". 41 vehicles to be upgraded for VJTF23, hence not available for operations now. Readiness measures to take effect from end of 2020. Second batch in planning phase.
EuroMALE: Contract to be signed fourth quarter 2020. First deliveries scheduled four years after that. System to replace Heron TP from 2028 with Luftwaffe.

MKS180 frigate: Contract signing hoped for by early summer 2020. Options for hull 5/6 still under consideration.
TLVS (MEADS): Second offer late 2019 didnt meet requirements, improved proposal expected mid 2020. Current status cautiously positive for further negotiations, but still "fragile" and "very critical". No real new revelations.
MGCS (Leopard 2 successor): Demonstrator development phrase until 2024, full prototype until 2028, first deliveries from mid 2030s. Nothing much new here either.

FCAS (5th gen AC): Full R&D participation by Spain expected October this year. No other interesting bits. /end
Yes that is a Mig-35, not a Typhoon. I grabbed the wrong picture from my computer.
