Govt hospitals r fighting a battle in which its losing ammo&army, Govts(states and centre)slowly but steadily giving in, which is natural too. Pvt hospitals will charge u around Rs 3/4 lakh on day 1 as a part of the Covid package, rest is all abt ur luck.
Ur health insurance will not cover comsumables including PPE and other necessary stuff. Bills in Pvt hospitals going up to 6 to 8 lakhs and more depending on the complications. Kolkata is yet to see its peak but it will happen eventually like it has been happening to all cities
This thread is not to intimidate but to inform in clear terms.These r what we have been seeing/ hearing day in day out. There r people who cant help going out, it is their duty to be in places. But there r many who think all r over, and roaming around. We r still in there.
As we keep reporting the case load everyday, do know these r just the test reports the govt gets & updates.None has an idea how many people r actually getting infected daily.Asymptomatic person can infect one with weak immuno response or comorbidities. So it doesnt matter now
All we can do in this situation is staying at home/ working from home as much as we can.Also follow some basic rules. Mask is a primary thing. Mask will surely bother u for sometime with difficulty in breathing, but it will also help u and ur family keep breathing for long. Tks.
