Morr'sn's stream of consciousness gobbledegook on slavery, race, history and protests, is all too indicative of a predominant white male mindset. He knows little or nothing about any of these topics, but has a go at mucking them all together, unafraid of sounding like an idiot.
Rather than any sense of inquiry or reflection, he prefers a confused babble of semi-literate prejudices and barely concealed hatreds. His instinct is this connects him to a common mindset of the ill-informed talkback caller - a shouty, reactive, resentful presence.
M'sn is a skilled bingo caller in this receptive forum. Around and around the balls go, until sooner or later he shouts all the bigoted numbers his credulous audience have on their cards. They love him for echoing their half-hidden fears and hatreds, for confirming their bias.
Asians, Aboriginals, feminists, students, the unemployed, the disabled, are all seeking to disrupt the certainties of the idealised white-Aussie promised land. This fits with his religious leanings towards the profit and prosperity gospel, where you are only disadvantaged...
...because of some original sin, and police never shoot unless you are guilty, and you live in a glorious kingdom where everything has been done for you, and it is only some devilish laziness that prevents you from being happy with your lot.
If you can't assimilate, conform, comply, you deserve little respect and fewer rewards. Your concerns are exaggerated and any evidence of wrongdoing, merely an accident, and nothing to be concerned about, unless you are a complainer, a malcontent, greedy, or subversive.
