Dumont- Vote to extend beyond 11 pm - Mackinnon opposed, everyone else voted support.

Vote on 11 pm to move to debate section: COPE/Vision support. Coupar Barker opposed.

Now Dumont moves to limit speakers from 5m to 3m, reducing time for speakers to voice their opinions.

Again, COPE/Greens support reducing time.

Disappointed that tonight - Speakers will be limited and people will not all be heard.

Sounds like tonight they are going to hear from as many speakers as possible with a reduced time limit of 3 minutes each. STOP at 11 pm to move to debate. Likely many speakers will not be heard- Does not seem to be openness to reconvene to hear all speakers.

Second footnote: Coupar noted normal process is to listen to all speaker that want to speak, not cut off speakers when convenient nor limit how many want to speak.

Note: Stanley Park businesses stated to a reporter that they were launching a lawsuit and would submit a legal letter hopefully before 6:30 pm tonight. Hopefully we'll hear it read out and a speaker.

So in 5.5 hours from now, we'll find out if COPE Greens ParkBoard ram this through and ignore the public and businesses in the park. It's won't be a action packed drama or thriller but get out your popcorn.
