All those who think #PLA is a sovereign force of #China🇨🇳 are wrong. #PLA is not the member of the sovereign state of #China but an armed component of #CCP #Mafia.

Founded in 1927, more than 2 decade before the founding of People's Republic of #China 🇨🇳, #PLA came into existence before the state.

#China's 🇨🇳 Ministry of National Defense which is a state organ does not exercise command control over the #PLA. It only serves as a liaison between the #PLA and foreign militaries. Command and control of #PLA is exercised by the #CCP's #CentralMilitaryCommission.

#CentralMilitaryCommission (#CMC) is an extremely secretive body, elected by #CCP’s Central Committee & closely controlled by the Politburo Standing Committee. #CMC consists of just 11 members. #China🇨🇳

The foundation of #Communist rule in #China🇨🇳 was laid down by #Mao when he said, ❝The Party (#CCP) Controls the Gun⚔️.❞

The #CCP #CentralMilitaryComission directly controls the appointment of senior #PLA military officers [which include #Navy (#PLAN), #AirForce (#PLAAF), & #MissileForces (#PLARF)], the deployment of units, and spending on arms & equipment. #China🇨🇳

In addition to the #PLA, #PLAN, #PLAAF, & #PLARF #CentralMilitaryComission (#CMC of #CCP) also command the People’s Armed Police (#PAP), #China’s 🇨🇳 main internal security force.

In #China🇨🇳, every govt ministry, every military unit, every state-owned company & every private company has a #CCP🇨🇳 committee that decides all major personnel issues & in doing so, essentially acts as the power behind the throne👑.

Joining the #CCP🇨🇳, is a formal and highly selective process that takes several years to complete. Once initiated, a member must obey Party directives and take on whatever task the Party assigns (of course without any questions asked).

If any #CCP🇨🇳 member misbehave or even break a law, they will be detained, investigated & punished by #CCP🇨🇳 & not the police. Only aftr being expelled frm Party (#CCP) will they be turned over to country’s (#China🇨🇳) regular legal system for prosecution. #CCP is above the state.

#CentralCommittee is #CCP's🇨🇳 core leadership, top 400 or so ❝movers & shakers❞ who wield real power. Thy include top party officials, most govt ministers & major agency heads, Sr. military generals, several provincial governors & CEOs frm most powerful state-owned enterprises.

#CCP's #CentralCommittee is #China’s 🇨🇳 “College of Cardinals” who appoint the 25 man Politburo, which is then narrowed even further into a 5 to 9 man #Politburo #StandingCommittee that really runs the Party & State i.e., People's Republic of #China🇨🇳.

The ❝Top Dogs❞ of #CCP are the 7 men on the #PolitburoStandingCommittee. They are ranked in order of primacy, from #1 to #7.  Regardless of wht othr formal offices thy do or don't hold, they are the one who make the important decisions in #China’s🇨🇳 political system.
