So imagine the future:France Portugal Italy Greece & Spain reopen as tourism season starts to ‘save their economy’, and then cases start to surge in September just as flu seasons starts (and people start coughing from the flu as well). How high will confidence be in public places

Having suppressed to this level, is this equivalent to "very beginning" of epidemic for Peter Piot?

Should these countries look at safe zones between themselves and not accept travellers from countries with surging cases

I just would not want to be in Sep/Oct and hear that we should have established safe travel zones in FPIGS, and have a similar U-Turn to the one we just had on universal masking....
