(1) Fecal-Aerosol/Fecal-Oral #COVID19 vectors:

I have taken a break from my research on this topic. I've already posted a great deal of material; my intent is not to create panic, but to raise awareness.

Newcomers: this link is a good place to start:

(2) I am concerned that Super-Spreader environments like bars, churches and choirs have been "assumed" to be due to sputum-oral/sputum-aerosol transmission, when these environments also have shared restrooms.
(3) Recent studies of the street protestors in Minnesota & elsewhere have surprisingly found very little #COVID19 spread at these events.

People have "assumed" this is due to the efficacy of masks.
(4) Direct investigations of wastewater systems and stool samples infected with #COVID19 have taken off. Some have drawn conclusions their data can't support.

I believe a clearer picture will be available soon.
(5) In the meantime, I still recommend:

Pouring water in your drain traps daily to prevent sewer gas and aerosols from entering your flat.

Closing the lid on your toilet before you flush, and washing your hands thoroughly after.

Disinfecting your bathroom daily.
(6) continued:

Avoid public lavatories and toilets without lids.

Learn where sewer overflows may happen in your neighborhood.

Help yourself, your family and your neighbors avoid sewer overflow outfalls in your neighborhood.
(7) I may be wrong, but none of this advice is dangerous, and it will protect you from many other known diseases.
(8) Here is a new study that shows viral titers in wastewater strongly correlating with New COVID19 cases, but leading them by a few days.

These concentrations are about 10X higher than the ones I've seen collected at WWTPs showing little infectivity.

(9) The fact that COVID19 concentrations can vary 10-15X in sewer water is interesting.

100 titers/ml seems safe in some studies, but values as high as 1,500 were found in Wuhan. Perhaps this is why they concentrated their message about sewers near hospitals and quarantines.
(10) If COVID19 concentrations must build up in sewer water before they are infectious, this may explain sudden increases in case rates after slow rises.
(11) '[Rain] at O'Hare Airport was 3.11", the most ever recorded on May 17. That deluge came on top of another record 3.53" that fell May 14.

.... Due to the intensity of the rainfall and rising water levels, the [MWRD] reversed the flow of the Chicago River into Lake Michigan.'
(12) Immediately after the Chicago Sanitary channels were flushed away, the city gained control of its outbreak, which had been continuing despite a City-wide lockdown.
