Wanting to do the all the things but being able to do less and less the more there is to do.
Desperately trying and failing to learn new names while being able to recall loads of facts even you don't care about. 1/
Doubting even your strengths.
Unloading anger and frustration on those closest to you because you held it together all day at work and something has to give. 2/
Taking on more than you can handle because you want to be helpful.
Feeling strong emotions without knowing why. 3/
A constant battle for balance against waves of fixation that threaten to sweep you away.
Second-guessing the intent behind every word spoken to you. 4/
Constantly doing the very thing you're trying desperately not to do.
Constantly not doing the only thing you intended to do. 5/
Overthinking everything.
But sometimes not thinking at all. 6/
Having superhero-like ability to focus, but not being able to decide how it's used.
Having your entire day ruined by one thing that didn't go your way. 7/
Wanting to connect with others but not understanding the rules.
Hiding your emotions behind a quick-wit and a wall of feigned indifference. 8/
Constantly breaking promises you absolutely meant to keep.
Making lists that are far too long. 9/
Being an outside-the-box thinker.
Jumping quickly to start new projects. 10/
Being able to create beautifully.
Having a quick wit. 11/
