I just went on Next Door. A woman posted that she was horrified. She went out bike riding & no one was wearing a mask. She said we’ll all be in the ER. No one replied. We’re done with such stupidity. Let them swim in their own sewage. Here’s what was happening for her mentally.
She has a false belief. Everyone is going to die from #COVID19. She is emotional because she’s making something false into the truth. She wants us to believe her when she’s insane. She wants us to be emotional too. But we don’t have that belief. We know we’re safe. We’re calm.
