Monthly Houston Fire Department "Dead On Arrival (DOA)" Calls Rose 50 Deaths per Month in March, and were 75-100 Deaths per Month above average in April, May and June.

The Houston DOA count raises Harris County's death toll by 67% all by itself.

Texas (+2,703), South Carolina (+939), Arizona (+1,043), California (+3,030), Virginia (+1,321) and Florida (+1,766) have both high counts & high percentages of under-reported deaths.
(3) United States current #COVID19 Death Count estimated to be +35,000 to +47,000 higher than JHU count thru July 5.

@szetoinsitu They have emergency gates to dump the Chicago River and Chicago Sanitary and Shipping Channel (CSSC) into lake Michigan to prevent flooding.

Normally it flows from the Northside past downtown, picking up the Chicago River and into the CSSC, joins the Calumet and flows SW.
@szetoinsitu Normal flow is south on the North south rivers and then to the South West. The Chicago River and bend to the Sanitary Channel have gates to allow flushing to Lake Michigan in times of flooding emergency.
@szetoinsitu They had record rainfall and flushed the river and channel on 5/17. Shortly thereafter, there cases declined.
