Failure of industry to recognize women surgeons as experts contributes to the #genderpaygap as we are not compensated for our time and feedback, and products are made for women without women's input. The top 20 companies that make devices for women have 97% white male leadership
Leaders - please surround yourselves with women & POC so you can present a better product and broader views to a diverse field of surgeons. We are bored with the one-size-fits-all approach.
