That killed the business. Some folks still use it but overall the trust was
Dentistry as far as I am concerned is at the doorstep of the golden age in terms of technology, patient awareness and motivation and overall parity with Western dentists.
A well made easy to use PMS is worth it's weight in gold!
-Server based as against cloud based
-Data should be owned by the dentist and NOT software provider!
-Easy to install and operate
-Have clear basic functions like charting all teeth, old work and treatment needed
-An easy to use appointment book
-Have a ONE TIME fee! (More later on this)
-Be compatible with most digital xray systems, intra oral camera softwares etc
-Be easy to back up.
-Have easy remote access, specially via smartphones
-Need constant upgrades which cost money
-Have an expiration date needing renewal which costs a bomb!
-Be sold to the highest bidder (Already covered)
-Need expensive upgrades
"Charge me a bigger fee up front and then that's it. Set an annual maintenance fee but don't hold me ransom in 3 years by asking for a huge renewal fee"
I hope someone will read
