There are so many things that happened but these stand out to me.

4 July:
"Multiple individuals were seen carrying rifles, including the driver of a vehicle who attempted to strike a Portland Police Bureau officer" #antifa
7 July: Violent anarchists held a 'Night of Rage,' in which a 400-500 person protest devolved into riots, assaulting law enforcement officers & federal property with rocks & bottles.

Federal law enforcement make an arrest of an antifa black bloc militant. Notice how the camera person says “NLG will get you out.” @NLGnews is a lawyers’ organization historically close to American communists. They operate as the legal wing of antifa.
Green hat @NLGnews volunteers at every antifa riot are not always lawyers. They claim to be “neutral observers” but this is false. They document selective events to use against police & opponents. They’ve expressed support for political violence. theminnesotasun.com/2020/03/10/com…
The NLG green hat volunteers have access to court databases through various legal subscription services. Against service guidelines, they pass personal information on to their antifa comrades for doxes. This is one way antifa receive addresses, phone numbers, etc of their targets
