2. The idea for this new thread came in a dream. The brain, accustomed to everyday perception of reality, is not satisfied with a strictly formal answer, and, without asking the owner's opinion, seeks more worldly arguments for the same conceptual basis.

4. Further here we proceed from the fact that this substantiation of the informational nature of the universe establishes that the universe is a formal system in terms of mathematical logic: the alphabet, axiomatics and inference rule for deriving formulae are defined.

5. As it should be for the universe, it is the ultimate formal system with the minimally possible defining set:
• the two-character alphabet: S,O
• the only axiom: repeated information is the same information
• the only inference rule: characters are combined as information.

5.1 Everything being in the universe is the formulae of the described formal system.

6. From the fact that the formal system of the universe is the ultimate, its consistency follows.
From the consistency of the formal system of the universe, its incompleteness follows in accordance with Gödel's theorem.

7. Thus, in the universe there is an unprovable formula that cannot be deduced in the S-O alphabet from the axiom about the uniqueness of information according to the rule of combining information.
What is this unprovable formula?

8. For the universe, since it is the ultimate formal system, the universe itself is an unprovable formula. That is, the finite state of the universe, when the universe has completely determined itself, is unattainable.

8.1. In other words, the existence of the universe is a consistent definition of more and more complex formulae (beings) in infinite approximation to the unattainable finite state of the universe - its complete self-determination.

9. Unprovability of a finite formula is a necessary condition for the existence of the universe. Only unknown information matters. "Known information" is not information. If the formal system of the universe were complete, then the universe would not exist.

10. The physical meaning of the unprovability of the finite formula of the universe: the superperson will cognize the universe, creating the internal model of it, but he cannot bring the model to the identity of the universe, since he himself is a part of the universe.

11. The unprovability of a finite formula substantiates the realization of the universe. At each level of SO-combining, the formulae among all possible that lead to the unprovable finite formula are more significant for realization, since only unknown information is information.

12, summary. The substantiation of the realization on the most significant formulae occurs in the direction of their complication, since the universe itself, to which it leads, is the most complex formula in the universe. This is why we see the universe progressing.
