1/ How physician recruitment is going to go down in the next few months in Alberta:
RECRUITER: So, you'll need 10+ years of post-secondary education...
DR: got that
RECRUITER: and you'll be responsible for making life-or-death decisions

2/ RECRUITER: I hope you're ok with working 60 hours a week including nights, weekends and holidays
DR: no problem
RECRUITER: plus on call duties, 80 days a year
DR: ok
RECRUITER: you won't be able to choose where you live and work. We'll send you somewhere remote.
DR: But...

3/ RECRUITER: you won't get any benefits like sick leave or paid vacation
DR: wait-
RECRUITER: you won't have a contract and we can change how much you're paid at any time
DR: seriously?
RECRUITER: you won't be able to communicate with your boss except through Twitter...
DR: ???

4/ RECRUITER: ...and if he doesn't like what you tweet, he'll block you
DR: uh
RECRUITER: but if you're lucky, he might come to your house and yell at you. Or phone you late at night on an unlisted number

5/ RECRUITER: you're responsible for all expenses, and your income will be made public
