Every year for the last 4 years I have taught the Technology Management and Entrepreneurship course at @HabibUniversity
The course serves as introduction to entrepreneurship to CS/EE graduating seniors and juniors
2/ This year due to Covid-19, half the course was delivered remotely. 8 lectures in total. Some more longer and boring than others. However given this was the last half of the course, all of them focused on questions founders face.
Here is the available play list. 7 hrs.
3/ While the intended audience were students at Habib, the same material is used at the startup boot camp for founders and startups at @TheNestiO
Pitching mindset, questions, frameworks and challenges.
7/ Pakistan Technology Industry 2018 edition
The original recording from 2018 Habib Public lecture series. Do we have what it takes? How big are we? Where are we going? Our business models? Where did we come from? We must learn from history and context
8/ Validating assumptions for founders and startups.
What questions do we need to ask? How do we go about it. 28 minutes
9/ Finance Sliders - Students edition.
Significant overlap with Finance Sliders for Startups and Founders, but some differences.
10/ Founder Puzzles - Book Teaser videos
Questions founders need to model and answer to build better businesses.
11/ I have a few more lectures left in raw form that needs to be edited. Will post them here once done.
About 7 hours of instructions. There is more material at the original home page of the course at
12/ Combine them with the repository of Twitter threads we have done in the last 8 months on founders, startups, failing, rebooting, launching and selling a million copies and you have a better head start than I did, 30 years ago.
