1. Information and patient management guidelines and health workers support starting at the lowest health facility upwards #NotLockdown @MOH_Kenya 
2. Pulse oximeters at all health facilities to identify patients in IMMEDIATE danger who need referral or high flow oxygen - patients are collapsing waiting for results 😢 - temperature scanners at hospitals casualty inadequate on their own #NotLockdown @MOH_Kenya
Support to counties for quick turnaround for #COVID19 results which means putting up shared capacities through regional testing hubs. Sending samples to Nairobi with 4-7 day turnaround won’t cut for a highily infectious disease
3. Adequate oxygen properly administered at all Health Centres upwards in cylinders or bulk tanks - high flow not ordinary masks/cannula #NotLockdown @MOH_Kenya
4. Good higher level ICU referral support with ambulance network/system at every county and intercounty for timely safe transfers when needed #NotLockdown @MOH_Kenya
5. National and individual Leadership and compassion and continue personal responsibility for #SocialDistance #Handhygeine #shielding those at risk #NotLockdown @MOH_Kenya
Masking, discouraging social gatherings and possible ban on alcohol sales in public places would reduce the Force of Transmission and give a chance to these immediate measures. I SUBMIT 🙏🏾
