2. Here's exactly what Barr said—and he knows it—in prepared remarks at April 18 press conference:

In no way was Barr's statement of "fully cooperated" limited to documents. He referenced White House officials directed to "TESTIFY freely and asserting no privilege claims."

3. When Barr made the statement at a press conference it was false—but not illegal.

When Barr affirmed the statement to Congress today under penalty of perjury it was false—and a crime.
