Barr: Yes and I was talking only about “documents.”

2. Here's exactly what Barr said—and he knows it—in prepared remarks at April 18 press conference:

In no way was Barr's statement of "fully cooperated" limited to documents. He referenced White House officials directed to "TESTIFY freely and asserting no privilege claims." Image
3. When Barr made the statement at a press conference it was false—but not illegal.

When Barr affirmed the statement to Congress today under penalty of perjury it was false—and a crime.

How false was it?

Reprehensible by Bill Barr and Lindsey Graham:

In their effort to help Trump, the duo declassified (Barr) and made public (Graham) info that revealed identify of FBI source.

Risking his life, his family, at least one other source who’s been identified.

The Russia expert was voluntarily cooperating with the FBI — and actually helped show them weaknesses in the Steele Dossier (he was a source for Christopher Steele) — and cooperated with intelligence committee ALL ON CONDITION OF CONFIDENTIALITY.

Barr and Graham blew his cover.
Barr directed the FBI to declassify report of their interview with the source, and hand it to Graham.

Graham promptly released it publicly. The report contained enough info for the Kremlin and others to identify the man.
