President's friends and associates' criminal cases: Elevate them to the level of the Attorney General of the United States; give enormously/illegally favorable treatment.

Not President's friends and associates: Regular zealous criminal process.

Plenty evidence Trump obstructed justice with Stone commutation: Unfamiliar with facts. Sees no predicate to launch an investigation

Inspector General, Senate Committee find Russia investigation well predicated: Launch a criminal investigation!!
