FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith pleads guilty for falsifying documents used to secure the FISA against @carterwpage
Not much information in here but plenty to show Clinesmith is not the only one at risk. #ButNothingsHappening

Obviously "Individual 1" is Carter W. Page & "Other Government Agency" "OGA" is the Central Intelligence Agency.
Clinesmith provided support to the National Security Division of DOJ & The Crossfire Hurricane team by preparing the 4 FISA applications against Carter Page. All of which alleged the FBI had probable cause that he was a knowing agent of Russia!
Less than 3 weeks into Crossfire Hurricane the CIA provided the team with a memorandum documenting that @CarterWPage was an "operational contact" for the CIA who was providing the CIA information on "certain Russian intelligence officers." Those caught in the Buryakov case.
The FBI picked up on the Russian spies that Carter Page was spying upon for the CIA & then ran their own sting against FSB spy Evgeni Buryakov. A Wealthy Casino Investor Russian Collusion sting using Trump's casino & his employees to catch the Russians!

1 of the interesting issues exposed in this criminal information is that Clinesmith wasn't the only person to get the Aug, 17, 2016 memo showing that Page was a CIA asset. It doesn't say who, but is says "certain members" of the CFH team knew this exculpatory evidence before FISA
Which means Clinesmith was not alone in concealing @carterwpage's relationship with the CIA from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, because they submitted 3 FISA apps to the court without including this information.
I thought the OIG report timed the falsified CIA email with the 2nd renewal of the FISA in April but it appears to have occurred with the June FISA renewal.
The agent who was the affiant on that FISA asked specific questions about Page's claims of helping CIA.
If you follow me you know I have long said that the dirty cops in FBI would be tripped up by questions from the honest cops. They would ask about certain exculpatory information & force the plotters to lie to them about it. Taking away any claims of good faith in not providing it
Now Clinesmith has to go back to CIA for more explanation, CIA had described Page as a [digraph] source. A digraph is a linguistic term for 2 letters making a single sound such as "sh". Is this meant to mean these agents serve 2 jobs & only make one sound? Consultant & spy?
The CIA has a unit, the National Resources Division that recruits business people to serve as contracted spies while using their business jobs as cover. I suspect whatever digraph is used indicates these agents. There was a great NYT article about that program but can't find it.
The CIA responded the same day with a list of documents & explaining that they used the digraph to show that the encrypted person was a US person. The CIA documents list included the 8/17/17 memo proving to whoever received the list that FBI had exculpatory evidence at that time!
Can you imagine the panic? Almost like Clinesmith had walked into a trap he not only received the exculpatory evidence the affiant wanted confirmed didnt exist. The list showed that the CFH team knew Page was a US intelligence asset when they accused him of being a Russian agent.
4 days later the affiant messaged Clinesmith again about Page's role with CIA. Clinesmith lied & claimed Page was only a subsource of information & "was never a source".

Clinesmith thought this would get the SSA to sign the FISA. But he asked Clinesmith for proof in writing!
When Clinesmith said he had it in writing, the agent asked for Clinesmith to forward it to him. Each step leading Clinesmith deeper into the crime...
So Clinesmith inserted fraudulent language into the CIA email when he forwarded to continue the previous lies!
And just like the first 3 FISA's the 4th failed to include @CarterWPage's status as a CIA source or asset. This may be very important in another case too...

Who else knew about the August 17th 2016 memo about his status? Who were the members of the Crossfire Hurricane that knew?
I suspect that Andrew McCabe knew about the August 2016 memo and made certain when he did a line by line review of the first FISA that details that would reveal his status were not present. But with Comey's firing, McCabe signed the June 2017 final FISA application. If he knew...
If McCabe knew that exculpatory evidence & signed the FISA without it being included, then he is on the hook for signing it. Unlike the other affiants, Comey, Yates & Rosenstein who did not know that information when they signed it. Because CFH members knew & concealed that info.
Does anyone think Clinesmith decided on his own to conceal this exculpatory evidence from the FBI affiant, the DOJ & the FISC? Or do you think between June 15th 2017 & June 19th 2017, he sought advice from other co-conspirators?
Clinesmith is only pleading guilty to one offense in this criminal information. The statement of offense & plea deal must still be under seal.

It is very likely because he is cooperating with Durham's prosecutors. Maybe to protect his then girlfriend & now wife Sally Moyer.
Typo correction 8/17/16 memo.
Let's not forget the degree of premediation in this too! Clinesmith knew he name was all over the Spygate documents leading him to stay on to serve in the resistance to Trump! HT @1USMom thefederalist.com/2020/08/14/kev…
