Twitter removed from suit, Devin attempted to re-add them, judge told him to cut it out. Now says he'll appeal Twitter's removal. Suit still exists against other 3 but he can't identify Cow + Mom.

Judge agreed there was no valid case in that suit+ gave them time to fix it, then later threw Devin's suit out with prejudice. That means Devin can't file it again. He says he will anyway. Federal judges love it…

This was a federal suit in Iowa, there first federal case filed.
