2/ Provided the above image and close-up are authentic and taken yesterday at Walter Reed, Trump's pupils are dilated significantly. Often, his pupils are even more dramatically dilated (i.e., 9.0 mm).
3/ This indicates Trump continues to abuse Adderall (and/or other drugs) and his physicians are aware of this abuse. Multiple people have gone on public record witnessing Trump, in the past, abusing Adderall as well as cocaine.
4/ While Adderall certainly can be a prescribed drug, the intermittent nature of Trump's pupillary dilation strongly indicates he's not taking it in, or any other doctor-prescribed drug, in a proper manner with regards to dosing or frequency.
5/ It is possible that Trump's pupils could be dilated as a result of the side effects of Drug(s) being used to treat Parkinson's Disease — however, Trump has no history of Parkinson's. Additionally, a Parkinson's diagnosis doubtful because...
6/ ...the intermittent pattern and extreme pupillary dilation would not be consistent with properly administered/dosed antiparkinsonian drugs.
7/ SUMMARY: Trump continues to abuse Adderall and/or other drugs. Dr. Conley as well as Dr. Jackson (his previous doctor) have probably known this since they each assumed care of Trump.

8/ Trump's physicians at Walter Reed are also now aware that the President of the United States is abusing Drugs. They have an ethical & legal duty to report this abuse. The oath, "First do no harm" applies not only to their patient, but also to those who their patient may harm.
