Bombay High Court would be giving its verdict on the bail applications filed by Rhea Chakraborty and the others in the drug case today.

Justice SV Kotwal will pronounce the judgement at 11 am.

[BREAKING] Bombay HC rejects bail application of Abdul Parihar and Showik Chakraborty

Rhea Chakraborty bail application is allowed on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 1 lakh and other conditions.
ASG appearing for NCB requested for a stay in the matter.
The same was rejected by the Court.

Advocate Satish Maneshinde requested for 1 month to furnish bail bond. The request was allowed.
Bombay HC has granted bail to Dipesh Sawant and Samuel Miranda have been allowed on furnishing of PR bond of Rs. 50,000/- each.

Their passports are also impounded.
Bombay High Court has directed Rhea Chakraborty to appear in her nearest police station every day for 10 days after she is released on bail.

She has been restricted from leaving the country.

This was added in the final order after ASG Anil Singh requested for stay in her bail.

Justice Brijesh Sethi is hearing the appeals on a day-to-day basis.

Yesterday, the Court heard the parties at length on the issue of proper filing of the appeal before the High Court and CBI having the requisite sanction to file the appeal.
