Gadkari asks for time to file reply as his client is not in India. He says his client's statements are what Payal has put out.
Tulzapurkar asks the Court to grant reliefs against all defendants but Payal Ghosh.
He states that regarding Payal Ghosh's apology, that issue can be worked out till Monday, since Satpute is unable to hear the Court due to bad internet.

Court records Gadkari submission that Kamaal R. Khan will not share or add any content pertaining to Richa or the present matter till Monday.
Court records that Payal Ghosh will work out the apology and withdrawal with Richa and her advocate.
Court grants temporary injunction against the news channel and John Doe from sharing or adding content which is under dispute in the present proceeding.
Court directs Satpute to immediately connect with Bedi (adv for Richa) for settlement.
