1/My take is they figured this out yrs ago in the backrooms if Congress and my recent epiphany is the bulk of foreign aid works this way.

Note how they go on "junkets" on our time.

Then foreign aid is put in budget.

That being said, I'm tempted to backtrack some budget lines of foreign aid in order to test my theory that politician junkets are to identify willing companies within willing governments...

3/were they can plan out "spending language," for example, "to develop oil and gas production in Ukraine" because Burisma committed to being the passthrough for the Fed $ to be kicked back to certain Congress ppl....and the method.

They come home, make budgetary inputs,....

4/"wink, wink!" justification is Ukranie, being bullied by Putin (and they were, so sounds completely legit), and everyone else is fine with that (or, 😉😉, knows supporting this grifting will get support for your grifting, say to Guatemala...).

WTP are told this FA keeps...

5/the World's crazy in check by helping keep other countries growing good economies..

We sleep peacefully, "knowing" were oh, so compassionate.

8/that then provide the "commissions" back to the designated foundation, organization, corporation or individuals by various seeming legit financial methods.

Could be contracts, too.

Or WTH, payments to publishing companies ...hmmmm.

9/To backtrack all if this would be difficult, but it's a "follow the money" understanding if how things work, and the Ukraine case, I bet, if Trump wins and some significant DS miles are sent packing, is the norm, not the exception, and when we can lay down tax returns...

10/if #CareerPoliticians and close family/associations who had a meteoric rise in wealth next to historical YS Budgets in foreign aid, it will become clear what they've been doing, while telling us the FA had to be sent.

Been think on this since it broke months ago.....

11/Maybe I'll get on with some digging if public records now.

Know it's strong possibility I'm on to something here.
