LEKKI TOLL GATE was a surgical strike. Hit them physically and psychologically. Physically - by the sheer viciousness of the attack, and psychologically - by hitting the most peaceful of all protest locations in the country.

Helped hugely by DJ Switch's IG live, FG was left chasing the story. No room for spin. Like all seasoned war veterans, they adapted and switched to damage control, which was slow and abject at best. #EndSars

Pay attention:
We must name and put faces to the victims in Lekki. Same way we named Jimoh in Ogbomosho; Anthony in Abuja; Ikechukwu in Lagos - the time has come to give lekki a human face.#EndSars
