👉🏼 allow SLAPPs to be dismissed at an early stage of proceedings
👉🏼make sure that those bringing SLAPPs pay for abusing the law and the courts

Journalists, activists & rights groups help democracy function properly by watching those in power, keeping the public informed & helping citizens have their say. If @EU_Commission is serious on its Democracy Action Plan, it must make sure #EU anti-SLAPP rules are part of it.
