really strong testimony from @RabbiArielSton1 @hyungknam and others right from the outset. They kept their testimony very brief to try to encourage a vote today and yield time to particularly impacted communities.

Lamarra Haynes emphasizing that coalition involving Unite Oregon and PAALF have called for much stronger cuts, but voice support for Hardesty's amendment.

Important update... Wheeler's schedule has opened up and all commissioners have committed to staying for duration of testimony / vote tonight.
