250,000 #HarrisCounty absentee ballots mailed out. 170,000 ballots returned by mail. 40,000 "mail-in" ballots surrendered at a poll to vote in-person during early vote. Leaving 40,000 absentee ballots outstanding ... these must be dropped off at our one drop-off box by the Dome. 
Ballots must be dropped off at our ONE drop-off box by the astrodome before 7 PM on Tues, Nov 3rd.
OR
Be in line of cars dropping off ballots by 7 PM, even if line is 50 miles long.
OR
You can surrender your absentee ballot at ANY voter location on Nov 3rd & vote in person!
