CNN and MSNBC call the election for Biden in light of PA but FOXNEWS is discussing polling. Given Fox aggressively called AZ ahead of everyone else, I wonder if they are purposefully holding back.
AP and CBS also called it. Where are you @FoxNews?

You called AZ but not PA?

Something is wrong with that.
ABC and NBC also. So basically EVERYONE but Fox. 🤣
Well, and OAN too. But I bet even after Jan 20, 2021, OAN will still not have called the election. 🤣
I guess OAN can get some credit for announcing that "mainstream" media (including Fox) have called Biden president-elect.

Then they covered a football story.

Please see my statement about @DHSgov efforts to smear my name in order to deflect from responding to serious #whistleblower allegations.

I am not deterred.
1/Text is as follows:

In order to fully protect our whistleblower client Brian Murphy, it is necessary for the legal team to obtain security clearances at the TS/SCI level. I have held a USGOVT security clearance since 2002, and have received authorized access to classified ..
2/ ... information since the mid-1990s. Rather than timely process my clearance, DHS has now embarked upon an effort to publicly smear my good name with antiquated information. In 1999, I was publicly rebuked by a U.S. District Judge as part of a FOIA lawsuit against the CIA.

As disingenuous a tweet in order to stoke flames as there can be.
It was nine ballots. I bet you could easily find legitimately lost mail-in ballots for every election for every candidate. It is absurd to think otherwise.

And why is @TheJusticeDept announcing what is blatantly a political statement?

As lawful #whistleblower, #BrianMurphy wishes to provide appropriate oversight authorities in both Legislative & Executive Branches with classified information pertaining to his disclosures regarding senior officials.

2/Murphy is highest ranking #WBer in decades, perhaps ever, and faces potential retaliation. Effective legal representation is crucial to protecting lawful #whistleblowers & everyone, to incl USGOVT, should support this premise.
3/It is a simple matter for @DHSgov to allow legal counsel to participate in classified proceedings, even on limited basis. I have had it happen in past cases, so one must question why DHS is obstructing a #whistleblower from revealing alleged misconduct of its top officials.

PREPUBLICATION REVIEW THREAD:

1/Extraordinary letter re: insight into NSC prepub process re: #Bolton's book. Ms. Knight (& her experienced counsel) are to be applauded for taking action. Displays professionalism.

What ramifications does it have? Let's explore some key points.
2/#Bolton is being sued civilly by USGOVT for failing to comply w/contractual obligation that he abide by prepub review & receive final approval. USGOVT has pursued this path fewer than 10x in history.

3/Court did not agree w/USGOVT that book could be blocked but said “Defendant Bolton has gambled with the national security of the United States. He has exposed his country to harm and himself to civil (and potentially criminal) liability."

Charles Guiteau (a DC lawyer) was legally responsible for President Garfield's death but the medical treatment of the day (1881) finished him off. Today, the result would have been different.
