As a matter of principle, I've no interest in the U.S. politics. I follow it only for academic purposes. Whoever wins, AMERICA WILL ALWAYS BE BETTER THAN NIGERIA.
For those following the American electoral process, I hope you are learning something. Do not create enemies!
For those who sincerely might not know and to those who have chosen to be grandiosely ignorant: there is no President-elect in America until the electoral collage declares one! And the election isn't over until it is called off by electoral collage.
As a matter of law, when electoral matters gets to SCOTUS, electoral collage declaration is over ruled.
I have observed painfully that most of the people creating unnecessary enemies because of the U.S. electoral system, know little or absolutely nothing concerning the U.S.
For more than 7 years now, I have consistently followed the decisions of the American Supreme Court - from different states, particularly its decisions on electoral matters. I have also given each case I read its time and honour for scholarship.
Therefore, before you engage anyone here on issues concerning America, its laws and electoral process, kindly read things up from the books, NOT THE MEDIA. Most of the news from the media are most misleading and toxic. Learn by the books, or call someone there and ask....
I see a lot of people flexing dry and vexatious banters, just to sound intelligent. America is a unique country. So are its laws. Every state comes with its peculiarity. Whatever you intend to argue about, kindly read it up. It is a society of books.
My only interest in the Joe Biden and Trump divide is as it relates to its electoral system and democracy. How will it affect or enrich the American Legal system?
And what are the social changes birthed by the just concluded voting process in the face of ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE?
In the wake of the Presidential voting process in America, I wrote a piece about the evolving nature of human rights. This was when the issue of morality became a focal point for bants:
HYPOCRISY RECEIVING PROCEEDS VAT/ALLOCATION FROM THE SALE OF ALCOHOL BY THE KANO STATE GOVERNMENT
The Kano State Government in a dramatic show of shame and hypocrisy has destroyed liquid contents of alcohol (bear) worth 200 million naira, in a secular Nigeria.
Our take is that the act is retrogressive and, a direct hypocritical application of the letters and adherence of the hadith as we shall see. The dominant belief in Islam is that, not only is the consumption of alcohol in any of its forms forbidden,
BUT MUSLIMS SHOULD AVOID EVEN INDIRECT ASSOCIATION WITH ALCOHOL.
A well-known hadith attests that God has cursed ten different behaviors—not only the drinking of alcohol, but nine kinds of acts that facilitate the drinking of alcohol:
Sir, may respectfully say thank you for your loud and sterling leadership style that has contributed in no small way, in transforming Akwa Ibom State. Your achievements speaks for themselves.
Sir, you have done noble in that regard.
Respectfully sir, I know that the Akwa Ibom State Government is being peopled and driven by spotless reformers with impeccable credentials. But the stark irony is that, there is not reformable about their style of Governance.
Sir, I think they can do better. It is always very difficult to transform a state from a civil servant state, to a commercial hub, for business to thrive. It will always take unequaled industry and time. I believe the Government has the capacity to do it.

In response to Dr. Omole, I did a thread on the uselessness of leaderless protest in a time like this. I remember reading from my boss and chief, the Great Oracle @AbdulMahmud01, where he cautioned that strategies and activities be kept secret.
The Commander, 9 Brigade, Nigerian Army, Brig Gen Musa Etsu-Ndagi, representing the Nigerian Army on the Lagos State Security Council, has said he received a phone call from the Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu,
around 7.23pm on October 20,2020 informing him that a certain Lt Col Bello was reportedly shooting at the Lekki tollgate where #EndSARS protesters were gathered.
Etsu-Ndagi said he immediately called Bello, who is the Commanding Officer, 65 Battalion, Bonny Camp, Victoria Island, and he (Bello) told him that he only fired blank ammunition into the air.
ON RAHMAN'S PERCEIVED INDECENT DRESSING THAT CAUSED THE AGED LONG PROBLEM OF UNDERDEVELOPMENT IN AND TERRORISM IN THE NORTH:
A critical examination of the main criminal laws in Nigeria, i.e the Criminal Code and Penal Code, reveals that
there is no section of the law that penalises anyone who puts on clothes seen or perceived to be Indecent. The Penal Code in trying to curb indecency provided in Section 200 that -
“whosoever to the annoyance of others does any obscene or indecent act in a public place shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine or both.”
Nigeria's Inspector General of @PoliceNG has authorised the extrajudicial killing of #EndSARS protester found staging any form of peaceful protest on the streets of Nigeria.
Henceforth, any #EndSARS protester found protesting will be shot at, and killed on sight.
