So, the majority of Americans did vote against Trump, so they will be livid after having to live with him for 4, very unhappy years.

The red states will be livid because it turns out Covid is real, and medicine/ PPE shortages will result in people being turned away from the hospitals as doctors also get sick/ population rolls into the hospitals. Looks great on TV to see people falling down dead on the str.
Trump will be forced to ask the truckers to resume. Or the Republicans and Democrats will 25th his ass out of office.

Truckers lose trucks as gov uses their trucks, but doesn't pay them for it, so they can't make their payments.
Government incentivizes the unemployed to become truckers.

And that's just off of the top of my head on how to work around this. And there are much smarter people than me that have planned for these sorts of situations.
