~Lifetime caps on out-of-pocket expenses would be gone. As someone w/ ten pre-existing conditions, I can tell you that one kidney surgery can get you to the maximum lifetime benefits.

Peter Morley: I was always very private about my health--until Trump was elected & set out to destroy the #ACA. One of the first things he did was take away funding to advertise open enrollment periods to join the ACA.

Peter Morley: I often describe in Congress as healthcare being a small highway, Exit 5 is the ACA and Exit 1 is universal healthcare. We have to figure out what Exits 2, 3, & 4 are.

Peter Morley: We need accessible, affordable, quality healthcare for every American. Look at FL as an example of a state that heavily relies on Medicare, Medicaid, & the ACA, yet they voted against their own healthcare interests.

Peter Morley: Because of the Medicaid expansion, over 15 million more people became eligible for healthcare coverage. There are still about 15 states that haven't signed on for the Medicaid expansion.
