She was a woman in her 80s from York County. Her passing marks the 163rd death in Maine associated with #COVID19.

2/Sadly, 2 more people have died w/#COVID19. One was a man in his 80s from Knox County and the other was a woman in her 70s from Waldo County.

1/Dear Maine-today's #COVID19 numbers show continued, widespread, forceful transmission across our state.

@MEPublicHealth is reporting 7260 total cases (+183). That is the single largest one-day increase we've had.

6417 are confirmed and 843 are probable.
2/Overall, 150 individuals have passed away (=) and 5751 have recovered (+69).

Right now, 38 people are in the hospital w/#COVID19. 17 of them are in the ICU and 2 are on a ventilator.

That is +5 more people *just in the ICU* since yesterday.
3/Our 7-day positivity rate is now 1.52%.
