Tyranny Or Freedom - Part 2

Yesterday's meditation on @GenFlynn counsel seemed to strike a deep chord. In case you haven't read it yet, you truly may want to. It is a 30-tweet thread, yet it does run deep.
2) To my observation our battle over our future as a free people, right now, comes down the question of evidence. In conversations with good willed patriots, this is the question I am hit with.
3) Trying to answer, I realize that EVIDENCE is, itself, a gigantic topic. Determining what evidence is, what it means, and what it proves is not an easy set of bars to meet. What's more, I know for a fact, it's outside my personal scope.
4) Happily, in our movement, we've already been through this, and extremely extensively. We parsed all this out through the Russia Investigation Hoax, and found the evidence was available to prove the fact that it was nothing other than a hoax. That's a good standard.
5) We also have the history of @GenFlynn's case and if there's a single thing we learned, @SidneyPowell1 gets the evidence. That's why she's such a perfect point person on the Election Fraud case being contested in America today.
6) @SidneyPowell1 told us from day 1 that @GenFlynn was 100% innocent, and she broke every barrier and she found the smoking gun evidence that our Government had done everything in its power to hide. She found and exposed it all.
7) There's another wonderful thing that arose through the corrupt prosecution of @GenFlynn. I have called it a NEXUS of legal analysts, all parsing out every filing or document of his case, and explaining it to us with as much clarity as true supporters could have asked.
8) I imagine that NEXUS is turning its eye to our election right now. It is from them and their tireless research, brilliant minds, outstanding analytical and expressive capabilities that we will eventually arrive at complete clarity over the evidence, the proof.
This will end up being a short thread, but I must break coms for the moment as I have a coaching session coming up. I'll rejoin and take us from here for a bit further exploration, after my coaching call...
Hey Gang, finally back. One of my friends sent me a highly cogent and pertinent article that I'm now reading. I'll likely comment on it when we finish up. Till then...

Quotes as I go:

"Why would the voters deliver the Democrats a comprehensive down-ballot drubbing yet hand the White House to the worst presidential candidate in living memory?"
"The only bellwether county out of the 19 that Biden won is located in Washington state, which long ago went to all mail-in ballots and one-party rule. We are expected to believe that this is a coincidence."
"Moreover, as Juan Williams admits in the Hill, “President Trump set a record last week by attracting the highest percentage of the non-white vote of any Republican presidential candidate in the last 60 years.”
"Yet we are expected to believe that, despite the worst showing among minorities of any Democratic nominee since JFK, Biden surpassed Barack Obama’s record-breaking turnout by 10 million votes?"
“From 1980 through 2016, 19 of the nation’s more than 3,000 counties voted for the eventual president in every election. Only one … backed President-elect Joe Biden last week.”

~ If it was me, I put a SO CALLED in front of the President Elect term.
~ Numbers added to the closing summary:

1 - "In the end, to accept Joe Biden as our legitimate Chief Executive, we must believe the voters hammered the Democrats in congressional, state, and local elections, yet decided to elect the “leader” of their party president. "
2 - "We must believe that he dramatically underperformed among minority voters, yet received 10 million more votes than Barack Obama. "

3 - "We must believe that virtually all of the reliable election bellwethers were wrong. "
4 - "We must believe that all of the elections in the swing states were conducted honestly and that the Venezuelan software used to tabulate the votes was secure."
We resume normal numbering of each Tweet now, picking up from #8 above...
9) Wasn't that a fantastic read? It illustrates SO much of what we were talking about this morning. The deceitful use of the mechanisms of democracy with purpose to subvert that very democracy is tyranny.
10) There's more. Let's define Common Sense as stuff you simply know to be true. Any normal person hearing common sense knows it, and agrees. It often follows the principle of non-contraction. You cannot lie your way into telling the truth. That's an example of common sense.
11) Logic, on the other hand often starts out in pure common sense, but then it extends it. Showing a single example or two won't mean much. The moment we start going "all logic mode," there come steps after steps. I attempt to employ logic in all my threads.
12) After logic, comes evidence. That's what everyone is clamoring to see right now. Show me the evidence! There are problems with that, which we'll return to.
13) When evidence mounts up to some line, or cumulative impact we cross the line into knowledge. We have enough evidence to know. In law, we go a step further, though, and call for Evidence Beyond The Shadow Of A Reasonable Doubt. That is a VERY HIGH standard.
14) For our purposes we could stop there, but let's finish up our little layout. Let's call that last one Legally Acceptable Truth, or just Legal Truth. Match and Science have higher set standards even still. In geometry, math and physics, we have these things called Proofs.
15) My own work never rises much past an elementary proof might in geometry. But, as simple is my goal, that works. I envy the mathematicians and scientists who write read advanced proofs that often stretch to 100s of pages of complex calculations.
16) Finally there are theories and laws. Scientific theories inform the process of proof and may generate infinite numbers of them. But, the ultimate place of evidence in science is called Scientific Law.
17) Newton's Laws of Motion and Einstein's E = MC2 are the most successful such laws in our history, but there are many, many others, each wonderful to ascertain. When you find people who get such laws, they always sound like they're talking about poems or sublime art.
18) Let's map that little superstructure out:

1) Common Sense
2) Logic
3) Evidence
4) Knowledge
5) Legal Truth
6) Theories
7) Scientific Law

Today's problem of Freedom vs Tyranny - as applied to our election - so far, ONLY resides in some strange mix of Logic and Evidence.
19) Whoops!!! I left out a couple of FANTASTICALLY important elements. They are...

Facts & Data (F&D)

If you look at all 7 kinds of knowledge above, you'll rapidly see that Facts & Data applies to them all. The list above is of WAYS OF KNOWING. F&D are the things we know.
20) In his wonderful article, David Catron starts out with logic and then builds the logical momentum of his case by filling in critically important F&D. He chain links one logical step, through its supporting data, to the next logical step. That leads us to am important caution.
21) It is easy to confuse logic, especially when it data is so factual, with evidence. Catron's article points to WHERE the evidence will be. Logical as it is, it is NOT an evidentiary article. Here's practical advice. Do NOT expect a liberal friend to be persuaded by this logic.
22) How do we rise up from logic to evidence? My answer is again, I will follow @SidneyPowell1's and POTUS' lead. When Sidney says, "Trump won by a landslide and we have overwhelming evidence to prove it," I 100% believe her. That's what trust is. I trust her.
23) But let's close out with a return to our beloved Flynn Law Expert Analysts NEXUS. We need case after case laying out the data logically, and as we get it, putting the election evidence into common sense presentations that anyone can follow. This story MUST be told!
24) Please remember, today's story above does NOT rise to the evidentiary level. But it is a near flawless example of telling us the logical story in clear, compelling, common sense terms. That makes it a great contribution.
25) Tyranny must be proven. The evidence must be overwhelming beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt. We need not go past the level of Legal Truth. But we do have go through the evidence to get there, and we need it all in compelling, comprehensible form.

NEXUS! Where are you?
Not including all the quotations, today's thread ends at #25.

Vote Fraud Too Big To Notice - Or, The Fix Is In

If you haven't watched @SidneyPowell1's interview in full, all 20 minutes, you'll be simply blown away when you do. I had to watch it twice, with many pauses for notes.

2) The worst thing I see on FOX, in the few minutes we may still turn to it, is when commentators scoff over Cuba, China, Venezuela and HugO Chavez. I want to shout at them: SCOFFING IS NOT AN ARGUMENT!!!
3) Sidney has established that the Dominion software was made at Hugo Chavez' specification in order to ensure he won every election. What I'd like to know of these TV scoffers is, what part of that is hard to believe? I can offer my own theory on point.

@GenFlynn is Holding The Line

Allow me to start with a regret. I met General Flynn in person for lunch once, just the two of us, but I failed to request a snapshot. I can share this. He loves grilled cheese sandwiches.

2) While I've discussed this many times, I hope some of you will do your homework with the following extraordinary document. Read it. If, like me, you're old school, print it out. You need this information!

online.wsj.com/public/resourc…
3) Context matters. General Flynn is, and bar none, the greatest intelligence innovator since WWII. If you read the document, you are going to see history in the very making. General Flynn personally made information technology a weapon in the arsenal of freedom.

Freedom of Tyranny

I think some may forget that @GenFlynn not only spent 33 years in the military, but cumulatively over 5 years in combat. Of the warriors I've met, to a soul, they worship him as their own beloved general.

2) General Officers are not uniformly loved. Respected and obeyed, of course. But love is s different thing. Perhaps you can detect a small portion of why he is so loved in his greatest mandate, Pat, he said, don't just to the right thing, do the harder right thing.
3) Of course, if you look back to the 2016 RNC, or any of the speeches and rallies General Flynn led, you can instantly see the precise same greatness of soul, and strength of command. I want to delve that a bit more.

Could This Be Our 2nd Attempted Coup?

If you don't follow @JonStancik, you'll want to correct that right now! Here's a Tweet of his that we'll follow out a bit...

2) With no Tweets in between, here's the underlying story . The author Joan Swirsky reminds me, I brag, of me. She employs the grand sweep of history as a core element of her method. It's a great read.

3) Out of her wonderful work, it is ONLY the title I'm going to speak to today. However, I truly do encourage that you give the author her voice and read the entire piece/ Here's the title, again:

Only Donald Trump Can Counter the Coup D’état of 2008

You've Got A Friend

At the biggest of the big picture levels, we in the MAGA Movement have at bare bones minimum 72 million friends. This video shows us the two who need us most right now.

2) I don't have the honor of knowing Antonio, yet. But I do know @JoshuaMacias. We're not normal friends, although I have met his entire family to my joy and benefit. Our friendship is but a subset of our shared mission for America. It dates back to 2016.
3) Of the many endeavors we worked together on, back then, none was more important than Joshua's ability to communicate with the veteran community online. Joshua speaks with the Veteran's Voice. And, my friends, be clear. There is no voice more suppressed than the veteran's.

I believe @realDonaldTrump and @SidneyPowell1

It was a quiet weekend at the Scopelliti home. I was closeted away in my office here for many hours researching, composing my long threads. I did get some nice cooking done too, treasuring my family.
2) It was a moment I could not have imagined just a short while ago. Unlike so many of you in your wisdom, we never made a hard break with FOX before. We've flirted with it. But 15 years of friendship is not easy to break.
3) I can honestly tell you I didn't miss the sound of TV news, at all. Sure, I always appreciated the entertainment factor, especially in the long gone days of the O'Reilly Factor. What a show that man could head up. He was a force. I knew I'd never forgive FOX for that.
