Australia has an agreement to buy 3.8 million doses and produce 30 million locally, vaccinating 16.9 million people...But with less certainty about AstraZeneca's efficacy rate will people want Pzifer or Moderna's if they can get it/choose.

Douglas Ross CONFIRMED running for Tory leader in Scotland.
This from his campaign manager John Lamont has just been sent to MPs.
"I am pleased to confirm that our own colleague Douglas Ross, will be standing in the leadership election".
Lamont: "Ruth Davidson has agreed to step up to challenge Nicola Sturgeon at First Minister’s Questions each week until next May when we hope that Douglas will be returned to the Scottish Parliament."
Lamont: "If successful, Douglas will continue as an MP until the next General Election."

William Hague tells @Policy_Exchange Western policy must change; China isn't going to play by our rules and therefore west can't be dependent on China, however, no global problem can be solved without China.
Hague: So there must be a framework of cooperation while being strategically independent. Huawei is an eg of where UK has been 'caught in a very difficult position' by not being independent.
Hague says UK should be investing in battery technology but atm it is China buying up all the relevant resources and companies.
